It took us about 4 hours (including a longish stop in Jamestown to pick up a car trailer) but from the passenger seat, things seem to be going well. I have my candy and knitting and we're well into an audio version of 'In the Garden of Beasts'. #excellentroadtrips.
We weren't even the slowest ones on the road, as we feared!
Although, we did get passed by a Buick full of old ladies. And a house. But that's okay, slow and steady gets you to Seattle in one piece.
So, that was Day One of Being Homeless. Next stop is Billings, MT and I take my first shift at the wheel to get us there. Eck.
